I’m Tessa O’Neill, freelance communicator and owner of Veritie.

I have more than 20 years’ experience delivering communications for projects ranging from culture change to employer brand and employee engagement. I have worked with organisations in the life sciences, education, technology, logistics, manufacturing and engineering.

In that time, I have attained numerous awards and led on two Communiqué Award wins - the most recent being in 2020.

I am particularly passionate about helping businesses to be more considerate of people and our planet.
